There I said it! You morning people keep your sunshine to yourself!!!

Finding time to work out is tough.  If you don’t have a workable routine at night, it does work better for me to go ahead and go when I wake up.  

Tricks to make it not as painful:

1) lay out your clothes the night before.

2) don’t get on social media when you wake up (oops).  Okay well at least limit it.  Tell yourself you can for 15 min.  Let’s not get crazy!! 

3) remind yourself this will setup your day and your mood.

4) Go to bed the night before just a little earlier than normal.

5) Just do it!
